WE WILL BE CLOSED SATURDAY FEBRUARY 6th, SUNDAY FEBRUARY 7th, AND MONDAY FEBRUARY 7th DUE MOSTLY TO THE SNOW HOWEVER, THERE WAS SUCH A RUSH TO BUY THE BEST QUALITY MEAT AVAILABLE WHEN YOU ARE ALL HUNKERING DOWN FOR THE SNOW EVENT THAT WE ARE SOLD OUT UNTIL TUESDAY.
We are carrying Nueske slab bacon that I slice myself, it was described by a customer "the best bacon in the world" so come on in and try some.
Along with the usual items this week from Thursday Feb 4th until sold, We will be carrying lots of Andouille sausage for Superbowl Gumbo or Jumbalaya and course ground beef for you to make that special Superbowl Chili,
Ground Buffalo, Buffalo NY strips, Kobe Beef Burgers and Hot Hogs, Wild Boar Chops, Beef Short Ribs, Chuck Stew and Slow Roasting Beef, English Roast Beef, Veal Osso Bucco, Rabbit and Ginger Sausage, Brisket, Skirt Steak, Pate and all the great steaks and chops that we usually have.

Sausage selections this week will be Andouille a sausage from the Bayou, Bratwurst made with a recipe from Bavaria and Texas Beef an authentic sausage recipe from Texas. All of our Sausage are made on the premises and only contain Pork, Beef or Lamb and herbs and spices, never breadcrumbs or fillers of any kind.

Do you have a hankering for Elk, Venison, Capons, Game Birds, Sweet Breads, Beef Tongue, Pork Liver, Chicken Liver, Veal Chops, Quail, Bison Steak, Kangaroo, Beef Cheeks, Kobe Beef, Wild Boar, Ostrich, Duck Breasts, whole pigs for the spit, All of these things plus a plethora of different type of meat are available all I need is a couple of days for me to order.
