This week we are featuring Dry Aged Black Angus beef from Pride of the Plains Farm in Louden County, it's a little more expensive but it's some of the best beef I have ever tasted.
We are now carrying Nueske slab bacon from Wisconsin, "it's the best bacon in the world" as quoted by one of my customers.
From Thursday April 15th We will have, Niman Ranch Lamb Chops, Kobe Top Sirloin, Ground Turkey, Buffalo Medallions, Buffalo NY Strip, Kobe Beef Burgers and Hot Dogs, Wild Boar Chops, and all the great steaks and chops from Faquier County
Sausage selections this week will be, Andouille, a New Orleans favorite, Bratwurst, a German sausage from Bavaria and Gypsy Beef a sausage made from a Romanian recipe all of our sausage are made on the premises and only contain fresh meat, herbs and spices, never breadcrumbs or fillers of any kind.

Do you have a hankering for Elk, Rabbit, Venison, Capons, Game Birds, Sweet Breads, Beef Tongue, Pork Liver, Chicken Liver, Veal Chops, Quail, Bison Steak, Kangaroo, Beef Cheeks, Kobe Beef, Wild Boar, Ostrich, Duck Breasts, whole Pigs for the spit, All of these things plus a plethora of different type of meat are available all I need is a couple of days for me to order.
