Because meat is a perishable item, I order the amount I think I will sell.  Later in the day Saturday there is a possibility  that some of the items listed below will not be available.  The best way to make sure you get what you want is to shop in the morning or phone in an order. 

The good news is KANGAROO is back, after being held up in customs we have once again Filet of Kangaroo, it's a very dark meat and only two percent fat, almost pure protein.  

We know carry Trickling Springs Creamery milk, it is from free range cows never given  hormones or steroids.  They have the best chocolate milk!!!!

We now have Nueske Slab Bacon that I slice for you myself. 

 We are now carrying Fresh Farm Eggs from Farquier county. They arrive Tuesday and are sometimes so fresh they are being collected from the chickens the morning of the delivery day.

Don't forget to get your Dog a smoked marrow bone, they love them.

Home Made Sausage Selections this week until sold will be.

• Armenian This is a sausage with big bold flavors including Red Pepper Flakes and Garlic, not for wimpy taste buds.  
  
• Country Pork & Ham A Sausage that came from a patty, but when put into pork casings its very tasty for Breakfast or any time.
  
• Linguicca The Portuguese equivalent of Spanish Chorizo.  This is a mild Sausage but with lots of great flavors.
  

All of our sausage are made on the premises and only contain fresh meat, herbs and spices, NEVER  nitrates, nitrites, breadcrumbs or fillers of any kind.

 Special orders are certainly not a problem. If you something special ordered or want  meat cut your way,  just call or email we will be happy to to advise you.  Remember I don't carry much LAMB  except for lamb chops so if you want other cuts of lamb I can get it for you in a day or two, just call.
